Clinical authority. Founder energy. Built for the corporate stage.
Dr. Ariana Fontenot is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the founder of Slight Motion, and the author of PainProof. She built the Human Operating System from a decade of patient data — and now installs it inside high-performing companies.

Built from the patients corporate wellness gave up on.
Ariana started Slight Motion after a decade of treating high-performing patients whose chronic pain had survived every other system — orthopedics, traditional PT, spinal injections, even surgery. The pattern she kept seeing wasn't in the tissue. It was in the 23 hours she didn't get to see.
The Human Operating System is what she built to fix that. It started as a clinical protocol, then became a workshop, then a corporate engagement, then a book. Today it's the framework she installs inside companies that have outgrown perks-as-wellness and need real biological infrastructure.
She is based in South Florida and speaks, consults, and ships engagements across the United States.
Nothing Is Random
Ariana grew up the daughter of an infectious disease doctor, taught early that nothing in the body happens by accident — every symptom is a trail leading back to a cause. That same instinct now drives Human OS: pain, fatigue, and lost performance are never random. They're the predictable result of daily patterns most people were never taught to notice.
Clinical authority. Operator instincts. Founder ambition.
